Half a year warranty
(1) All products (except spare parts products and cell phone accessories) shall be covered by a one-year warranty.
(2) For spare parts products, we offer return and repair service for damaged spare parts products if installed within half a year. Repair costs depend on the extent of the damage.
Please note: In all the above cases, the return shipping costs are borne by the Customer. Products will be dispatched promptly after being repaired.
Returnable Circumstances
The below specifications will warrant a return with the option for repair service, replacement items, or a refund:
Unusable condition: If any of your ordered items are faulty or defective within the warranty period, please kindly provide us with proof via pictures and/or videos that demonstrate how the product is defective. After informing us and receiving confirmation from our team, you may then choose to do one of the below options:
a. Send the items back for repair (please note that the customer will be responsible for return shipping fees).
b. Receive a partial/full refund.
c. Receive a new replacement item(s)
