If we confirm your order has not been shipped, you can get a full refund.
If your parcel has been proceed but it has not get out of China, you can still cancel your order but it is your duty to pay for the cancellation fee. (Detail fee please consult customer service )
If the parcel has already been out of China, and can not be recalled. If you still want to cancel it, you need ship it back after you receive the package and you will need to undertake the return fee.
